Booking Terms and Steps
Important information for a smooth visit. Please read before confirming your booking.
- 1 Choose a service General visit or a special event
- 2 Fill in details Date, time slot and visitor details
- 3 Confirm Review the details and accept the PDPA
- 4 Get QR Code Receive the email and show the code on arrival
Good to know
Please arrive 15 minutes early with the main visitor's QR Code. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Cancellation policy
Cancel or change your time slot at least 24 hours before your visit. No-shows may limit future bookings.
Data protection (PDPA)
Your data is used to manage bookings, send important notices and keep the center safe, and is kept only as needed under our policy.
